Dear Students,
- This semester, “Add/Drop Course” requests—whether excused or unexcused—will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- From September 24 through October 9, 2026, requests for course conflicts will be accepted for only one course. You must submit your requests in person, with wet signatures and all required attachments.
- Applications submitted after this date will be considered invalid. Please check to ensure your requests meet the following conditions:
- a) If two practical courses conflict, they cannot be taken simultaneously, regardless of whether they have been taken previously.
- b) If one practical course and one theoretical course conflict, the courses may be taken together provided that the theoretical course has been taken previously and completed with a grade other than F0.
- c) If two theoretical courses overlap, the courses may be taken together provided that at least one of them has been previously taken with a grade other than F0.
- d) Students who meet the conditions in clauses (b) and (c) may take one of the courses through the Student Information System (OBS) and the other by decision of the Faculty Council (FYK), but only once per semester.
- In this case, students must submit a written request to the relevant department chair to take the overlapping course; the request will be decided by the FYK following the department chair’s approval and will be processed into the OBS system by the Dean’s Office.
- The deadline for submitting a written request for overlapping courses is October 9, 2026.
- During the independent registration days on September 21–22, 2026, students will be able to add or drop courses on their own through the OBS system without submitting a written request.
