Dear Students,
Although the graduation system has closed, applications from students who wish to attend the graduation ceremony but have not yet registered will continue to be accepted until the end of Sunday, July 5, 2026. To attend the graduation ceremony, you must send an email to the contacts listed below. Students who wish to do so may also include a photo in the same email to be displayed on the LED screen during the ceremony. Details regarding the email and photos to be submitted are provided below.

PORTRAIT PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS: You may submit a passport-style photo taken either in a studio or outdoors (provided the background is appropriate), depending on your preference. Since two students will be displayed on each slide, it is important to ensure the photo is formatted as a passport-style photo—including the head and shoulders—with space left at the top and sides of the image to maintain a consistent appearance.
Be sure to include your first and last name, student ID number, and the name of the program you are enrolled in in the body of the email. Also, do not forget to include your first and last name and student ID number in the subject line of the email.
Emails and photos that do not meet the requirements will not be used on graduation day.
