PORTRAIT PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS: You may submit a passport-style photo taken either in a studio or outdoors (provided the background is appropriate), according to your preference. Since two students will be displayed on each slide, it is important to ensure the photo is formatted as a passport-style photo—including the head and shoulders—with space left at the top and sides of the image so that the dimensions appear consistent.
Be sure to include your first and last name, student ID number, and the name of the program you are enrolled in in the body of the email. Also, do not forget to include your first and last name and student ID number in the subject line of the email.
Emails and photos that do not meet the requirements will not be used on graduation day.
