Dear Students,
Below are the requirements that must be fulfilled before submitting your make-up exam requests for the midterms:
- Make-up exam requests must be sent from your yildiz.edu.tr e-mail address.
- The requests must include a date and signature.
- The requests must be complete.
- Required attachments must be complete.
- The requests must be submitted AFTER the exam.
Make-up exam requests that do not meet the above conditions will be considered invalid and will not be taken into account.
Students who will request a make-up exam due to reasons such as health issues or playing for university teams, etc. should fill out the FR-0607 form and send it to iktblm@yildiz.edu.tr along with the attachments.
Students who will request a make-up exam due to overlaps in the exam schedule should fill out the FR-0606 form and send it to iktblm@yildiz.edu.tr along with the attachments.
