If you have approval from a faculty member, you can make only one choice. Information from faculty members will be taken as basis in the verification process of approved students.
You must fill out the form below and send it signed to the e-mail address iktblm@yildiz.edu.tr by 23.02.2024.
You do not need to get a signature from the course instructor.
The appointment of students who do not submit a petition will be made by the Department Head.
The Department Head has the authority to appoint advisors other than your preferences.
